The menu created by Head Chef Aidan Muir is diverse, offering Asian, Middle Eastern, Italian and Mediterranean flavours, including modern twists on Pub Classics and Pizzas. A broad range of starters, shares and mains are available, making it the perfect option on the Peninsula for families and larger groups.
The Courtyard offers another dining and drinking option, catering for up to 120 seated and complete with retractable roof, booth seating, high bars, a large mature frangipani tree, breezeblock walls, grassed area, smoking area and tubular gas heating. The four large booth areas with their individual branded icons, provide the perfect private space for larger groups or families to dine, drink and socialise.
A crowd favourite (especially amongst children) is our 1953 school bus which is parked indoors in our courtyard and has been refurbished with bench seating, terrazzo side tables, LED lighting, carpet and doubles as dining and function space. Both the courtyard and the dining room share a bar which services both areas. The bar provides patrons with a great selection of local, international, craft beers and ciders. Plus, a range of local, regional and international wines by the glass or bottle. With a focus on craft beer, the Peninsula Hotel has collaborated with local favourites Big Shed Brewing to produce our ‘Peninsula Proud’ Hazy Pale.
